Mediation is a process wherein the parties meet with a mutually elected impartial and neutral person who assists them in the negotiation of their dispute. We provide for commercial and workplace mediation services to both public organizations and private companies and individuals involved in disputes. We then by using acquired skills encourage the parties to discuss and understand the issues so that they may work together to explore and consider various options and alternatives in order to find mutually acceptable solutions to their problems in a neutral environment. Arbitration can provide an early and cost effective resolution of most matters, using a process that can be designed to meet the needs of the parties.
